Nice, clean place about 10 minute drive away from Birmingham city centre. Hong was very accommodating and responded to our queries fairly quickly which made the entire booking process hassle free and straightforward. Checking in was easy as well with diagrams of the apartment complex and clear instructions on where to park or where to retrieve the apartment keys. A thumbs up from me!
