What is Zen Living?

zen Living is a UK Serviced provider based in Birmingham. Our vision is to offer short-term accommodation that competes with the very best in service, design and comfort.

Where do zen Living have apartments?

Currently, we have apartments in: Jewellery Quarter, Birmingham, UK

and London Heathrow

How do I book?

Our apartments are available on multiple booking platforms, such as beds24, AirBNB and Booking.com, but we can always offer the best rates if you book directly with us.

How old do I have to be to book hotel with you?

You need to be over 28 in order to book with us, however, guests staying with you can be under 18 as long as there is a supervising adult or carer.

How late can I book to stay with you?

We try to accommodate last-minute requests where possible. Please contact 0121 285 7805 our bookings team on to enquire and they will happily help.

Can I request two apartments next to each other?

We will always try to accommodate special requests and can provide this as long as the apartments are available.

Can I pick which apartment I would like to book?

We will always try to accommodate special requests, so if you have previously stayed with us and liked a specific apartment, or have been recommended a specific apartment, please let our booking team know and we will do our best to accommodate you.

What time is Check in & Check out?

Check in is 15:30 and check out is 10:30.

Can I have a late Check out?

We will always try and accommodate late check outs, but it is dependent on availability. Please contact our team if you would like a late check out and they will be able to look into this for you.

Is there a hair dryer?

Hair dryers are provided in the majority of our accommodation, but it is worth checking the specific accommodation information to confirm this for your stay.

When will I receive my check in instructions?

You will receive all check in instructions once your booking has been confirmed by a member of the team.

How do I access the accommodation?

Access details will be detailed in your check in instructions. Generally this will describe where the keys for your accommodation are, what floor the apartment is located on and any other necessary information.

Is there parking available in your accommodation?

Depending on the location, we will detail which accommodation includes free parking and many local options. Please be sure to check the apartment that you are booking and what your reservation fee includes.

Can I bring my pet?

Unfortunately, the majority of our accommodation does not accept pets. If this is a requirement of your stay, please contact our booking team and they will be happy to let you know where this would be possible.

How much is a room/night?

This is dependent on location, date and how long you are staying with us for. If you contact our direct bookings team on 0121 285 7805, they will be able to provide you with the best available rate.

Are the rates per person or per room?

The rates are charged per room.

Are your sites disabled friendly?

Most accommodation has lifts and wheelchair access, but please ask our bookings team for specific details and inform them of any special requirements you may have.

Is Wi-fi available in the accommodation?

Wi-fi is available in all of our accommodation.

What hours are your phone lines open?

Our phone lines are available between 07:00 and 22:00 Monday to Thursday, and are available 24 hours a day Friday to Sunday.

Do you provide any complementaries?

Our accommodation will always come with complimentary toiletries and a welcome pack for guests.

Are there any additional charges apart from the booking fee?

There are no hidden charges for our accommodation. If you book via a booking platform such as beds24, cleaning charges will apply, but this is outlined before you book.
