1. We have surveillance cameras in public areas. This is for your protection to make sure you will have a peaceful and pleasant stay. Any attempt to block the cameras will be seen as a violation of the house rules and you will be evicted.
2. Quiet hours are from 10pm-7am. Please be mindful of your fellow travelers and keep it as quiet as possible when using the staircases. Please do not slam the doors.
3. We ask for a £200 security deposit and this may increase for reasons such as local bookings. The deposit will be released or returned within 3 working days after you check out, depending on the method you pay it.
4. Your booking is only valid for the number of guests on your confirmation. Additional guests are £25/person per night. We do not allow visitors. Any violation of the house rules will cause you to lose your deposit.
